Since the beginning of Spiritual Outdoor Adventures we have distributed $1.45 million dollars of outdoor Bibles and spiritual resources to people who cannot afford them. Over the past several years we have also partnered with EEM (Eastern European Mission) to increase Bible giveaways in Russia and the Ukraine. It takes money to do this type of ministry, yet we spend the majority of our time living out our mission and our principles, specifically serving others. As a result, we spend very little time doing fundraising.

• Our board of directors is an accountability board, not a fundraising board.
• We spend very little money, if any, on fundraising.
• Our approach to funding this ministry is simple. Occasionally we air a commercial during our episodes showcasing the ministry and making an appeal for ministry partners. We occasionally send out emails, texts, or make phone calls to let the friends of this ministry know what our needs are. Some people make a pledge at the beginning of the year and meet it as they can. Others give monthly, and some give one time at year end. Some donate periodically throughout the year and as specific needs arise. Others enable our ministry by participating in our various trips. And some help us by purchasing products and resources that we offer. Our sponsors enable our ministry with their sponsorship payments and gear. 

We welcome in-kind donations (volunteer work, etc.), product donations, and being added to Trusts and Wills.

All donations are tax-deductible, and an end-of-year letter is sent to each donor stating the full amount of their contributions for that year.

Each year we rely on contributions from supporters of this ministry to accomplish all of the various missions of this non-profit ministry. We work extremely hard to promote our SPONSORS. We are also very frugal with the contributions supplied by our supporting DONORS. It takes both ministry partners, plus additional income streams, to accomplish our missional objectives. Second Mile Corporation is a 501C3 non-profit ministry. All donations are receipted and tax-deductible.
